The Team at Sunshine Brokers have been working on our loan formula since 1999. We have successfully leant money to thousands of Australians.
We take Responsible Lending seriously. Below are important points regarding our Responsible Lending procedures.
- Ability to repay. Our system calculates the information that you put into your online application. We then advise whether you are conditionally approved based on that information. Your loan only becomes available when you can provide documentation to support your application and sign the contract for the application. Your ability to repay, given the information you have provided, will enable us to create a finance option within your budget.
- No Hidden Fees or Charges. All of our fees and charges are documented for you as part of your loan contract. Nothing is hidden and you will not be hit with a hidden fee! We believe in transparency for our customers and want you, our customer, to be fully aware of your loan. A Sunshine Brokers Team member is available to discuss any issues you have at any time!
- Loan repayments. Sunshine Brokers provide you with an easy repayment guide that is clearly documented for you.
- We only lend to employed Australian citizens who have no serious credit defaults
- We are compliant. Our Australian Credit Licence Number is 391183. We are members of Credit Ombudsman Service and The National Financial Services Federation
Missed payments and failure to pay.
If you miss a scheduled payment, under the terms of your contract, you may be charged a fee of $20.00. If you are having difficulty repaying your loan for legitimate reasons please call Sunshine Brokers immediately on 1300 557 003 to discuss payment arrangements.

Loan Renewal Policy.
If during the course of your loan you wish to borrow more funds or top up your loan, your existing loan will be paid out and a new broker fee will be charged on the total loan amount. By
refinancing your loan you are entering into a new broker and loan agreement
Local State Regulations.
Sunshine Brokers complies with all the local, state and federal laws applicable to operating a
Brokerage business in that state. Sunshine Brokers is Licensed by ASIC to operate under Credit Licence Number 391183.
